One of my favourite things about teaching Yoga and Mindfulness is seeing the transformation in people. Students can come into class after a bad week, and feel the weight of the world slip off their shoulders. With each inhale and exhale I see the tension easing away, and I am reminded of why I started practicing Yoga in the first place!

Inclusive and open to all

I love holding a safe and healing space for people to relax and develop at their own pace. Whether its in a group class or a 1-1 session, we take time to get comfortable with our minds and bodies, whatever shape they are in that day.

Progress looks different to everyone, and whatever physical or mental strength you want to work on building, I am so excited to be there to help, without any pressure for a pose to look perfect. What matters most in my classes is that YOU feel empowered, safe and most importantly of all, we have fun!
