An interview with MomoYoga

In 2022 I was interviewed by Natasha at MomoYoga on my practice and progression as a teacher. I really opened up about the realities of chronic illness and the restorative elements of Yoga, what led me to teach, why I believes the practice is so important for children and the highs and lows I faced along the way.

But since the world has started opening up, what is lovely to see is people really valuing both adults’ AND children’s physical and mental wellbeing, and putting more priority on things that take care of us, like Yoga.
