We will explore gentle asanas (poses) to help ease pain and stiffness, relaxing mindfulness exercises, & simple self massage techniques to take into your daily life, continuing the healing after the class is over.

I also teach regularly in Universities and businesses, offering weekly Yoga classes for students or staff, wellbeing days and events, or running Mindfulness for mental health sessions. Get in touch if you think your organisation could benefit.
